A single-use license grants you the right to build one structure based on the purchased plan.
3. Plan Modifications
Our pre-drawn plans may be modified by a local design professional, architect, or engineer to meet your specific site conditions, local building codes, and permit requirements. Infinity House Plans is not responsible for such modifications or their results.
4. Local Building Codes & Requirements
Our house plans are designed to comply with national residential building codes, but they may not meet all local codes, regulations, zoning laws, or HOA requirements.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations
- Hiring a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor to review or modify plans as needed
- Obtaining all necessary permits before construction
5. No Warranties or Guarantees
All plans and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any plan:
- Will meet local building codes
- Will be suitable for your lot or needs
- Will be approved by permitting authorities
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinity House Plans, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or plans, including but not limited to construction delays, cost overruns, or permit issues.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the plan.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a plan has been purchased or downloaded.
